View WebsiteWe have served the Severely Mentally Ill Since 1984. We serve both male and females. Our home provides extensive knowledge of community resources in our area. Lindy Manor provides housekeeping, laundry services, medication supervision, connection to local mental health and substance abuse centers as well as many other community resources on an as needed basis will be implemented. Lindy Manor has served many populations however, persons with mental illness hold a special place in our heart. We welcome family support and involvement with our residents. Lindy Manor is located in a small community bordering WV and KY, we are considered a tri-state area. There is a bus station within walking distance at a minimal charge, the bus system does travel to the neighboring state of KY where shopping is available. Case Managers from the mental health agencies offer assistance with shopping, outings and medical appointments. Our smoking policy is that residents must smoking outside of the home but, there is an outdoor enclosed area provided for consumption of tobacco. Residents may bring personal items for their rooms within reason according to space availability. Personal televisions and gaming systems are permitted. We provide a community television and phone that is accessible to residents. Questions are always welcome if a possible resident needs further information.
