Pathway Haven is a Level II Adult Family Group Home located in Columbus, Ohio, serving self-functioning adults whose needs are best supported in a community living environment. Our home provides a safe, stable, and welcoming residence where individuals can enjoy greater independence while receiving personalized support tailored to their unique goals and abilities. We are committed to promoting dignity, choice, and self-sufficiency, empowering each resident to live as independently as possible while remaining connected to their community.
